BestChange.com is a free online service for finding electronic money exchangers, online banking and money transfers. There are more than 50 exchangers registered at BestChange and the service receives information about currency exchange rates and commission fees from each of them in real time.
With BestChange, you can not only compare rates from various exchangers and choose the best one among them, but also select exchangers for a double exchange if the direct exchange between the currencies is unavailable at the moment.

Commenting on irrelevant videos is qualified as spam, and according to the rules of our partner program results in banning the partner account.
3. Using social networks (except Facebook – unfortunately, this social network does not pass an important parameter for statistics – "referer")

commenting on relevant groups, videos, posts, etc.;
recording and posting videos into your albums;

4. Commenting on relevant websites/blogs
